The prices included:

water, gas, electricity;
2.covered car
parking, linen for beds (changed twice a week)

bathroom (changed twice a week)

5. beach
service – umbrella, deckchair and external shower
6. daily
cleaning and bed making (kitchenette excluded)
7. finally
cleaning (also kitchenette)

It’s 30% of the lease, and won’t be returned under any circumstances.
Payment of the rent must be paid on arrival. Tenants are responsible
during their stay of damages caused to furniture. The direction is
not responsible for valuables left unattended. Transistor radio are
prohibited on the beach. Late arrival must be reported immediately
or risk losing the reservation.
Apartments must be vacated by 10:30 am the day of departure.
APARTMENTS COULDN’T BE SUBLET OR GIVEN TO THIRD PARTY, AND IN CASE
OF EARLY DEPARTURE THERE IS NO REFUND.
